How long does delivery take?
Normally within a minute after successful payment. If nothing arrives after 24 hours, please contact support.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay QR is recommended; international players can use PayPal.
I picked the wrong server.
Please double-check the target server before checkout. Item-type deliveries can be handled by support; point-type deliveries cannot be refunded.
My PayPal payment is stuck in review.
PayPal Classic settlement can take 4–7 business days to clear. Once cleared, items are delivered automatically — no need to place a new order.
